Reasonable Use of Psychological Law in Physical Education
First, students’ direct interests should be used to stimulate the right motivation for learning.
Motivation and interest are motivations for learning.
For example, they saw that a fierce and exciting football game was going on under the advancement of the teacher, causing them to inevitably generate a learning requirement, that is, a direct motivation for learning.
However, this motivation will not last after meeting temporary needs.
Indirect motivation is generated by students’ own will and social needs, in order to achieve a certain purpose as their learning motivation.
For example, in the winter, when students are in high-level physical education classes, some students see that the weather is cold and are unwilling to take their hands out for activities, and some students can overcome the difficulties of cold weather because they understand the benefits of exercising.
In fact, the cultivation and application of students’ interest and attention should be aroused.
Attention is divided into passive and active. Passive attention belongs to instinct, which is generated by conditional stimulation or personal hobby.
For example, during physical education, novel props, obvious purpose marks, and bright passwords can attract students’ passive attention, while active attention is directed by the will, with the meaning of coercion.
It may be because: it is an indicator of “achieving the standard”, and “achieving the standard” is one of the important conditions for evaluating “Sanhao” students.
Teachers should be good at using students’ passive and active attention to inspire students to actively practice some of the projects that they consider boring, and continue to inspire them psychologically, so that they can greatly improve their enthusiasm for learning.
